Very enjoyable stay, villa is in a very good location, with own pools in own gardens that are quiet and relaxed. All sports, restaurants, shops and other La Manga Club facilities accessible by a walk / run and/or short drive. Everything you need. … see more

We had an absolutely lovely week here. La Manga is a stunning location and we're particularly fond of El Rancho as it is peaceful whilst still being within easy reach of shops, bars, and restaurants. The villa is fantastic and felt like a real home-from-home; Beautifully furnished and we made lots of use of the large terrace (for eating lunch and for sitting reading/sunbathing) as well as enjoying pre-dinner drinks on the roof terrace. Superb villa in a superb location. Definitely recommended and we'll be back! … see more

We stayed as two families (with kids 9, 11, 12 & 14) in August '12. The villa is in the pretty landscaped Las Brisas neighbourhood, with its distant views and the welcome breezes that give this area of La Manga its name. Off a quiet side road, the villa is set around a fabulous hotel-sized pool (a neighbour told us the original plan was to build a hotel at the site, but the developer changed plans to the delightful villa complex instead!), which never got even remotely busy while we were there, despite August High Season. Many of the traditional-style villas around the pool appear owned by full-time residents, and everything was very house-proud, beautiful gardens etc. Large areas of open or partly shaded terracing around the shared pool for sunbathing. The 3-storey villa itself has a great mix of space. A well-fitted kitchen, very Spanish, tiled etc., but with a whopping American fridge freezer that is SO useful (and absent from every other villa we have ever stayed at!) A large, cool, lounge/diner, covering most of the Ground Floor with Sky TV etc kept the kids happy on the rare occasion they were not in the pool. Every bedroom is nice. The other big plus of the villa is the lovely private terraces if you didn't want to sit around the pool. Lovely rattan seating and loungers to the large terrace to the side on the Ground Floor, by the built-in barbecue, made for many enjoyable long evenings as the sun set. The villa seems to get the best of the sun in every direction. Terrace to the rear, leading out through a gate (sensible, if you have younger kids) on to the pool terraces and the pool itself, has a lovely glass topped table under a shaded area that we used for just about every meal. Clever vertical blinds can be lowered late morning to protect this area from the blast of the midday sun, so you can eat outside but not be baking! And thirdly a secluded roof terrace if you want to chill out with your book. Its a 15-minute-ish walk to the nearest shops and restaurant complex that we found, which is very do-able (if best avoided at the height of a blazing August day!) A lovely villa - nicely equipped, works well for families. We're heading back in 2013!! … see more

Hotel Príncipe Felipe La Manga Club, Spain

All communication with the owners was very prompt and efficient. Entry to the villa was very easy also, which after a journey and the heat, makes for a good start. Villa was clean and tidy on arrival. Would definitely book again. Many, many thanks! … see more

Just brilliant, couldn’t fault it. The apartment is absolutely perfect and is well equipped for self catering. It’s stylishly furnished and is really clean and tidy. We had the pool to ourselves the whole week pretty much. Peter went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and provided information on the area and transfers before we arrived. Lovely coffee machine which was a bonus. Really nice view of lion mountain and a slight view of the sea too. We hired a car which made it easy to get around the resort with a 9 month old baby - supermarket, cove beach etc. … see more

Have been to La Manga resort several times and this was by far the best place we had stayed in. On arrival we were a bit perturbed by the access to the villa, which was quite steep but we used the ramp which was fairly easy. The cleaniliness of the villa was good and everything for our stay was there. The bedrooms (2) and bathrooms were downstairs with the living room and kitchen above. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The views were fantastic and we were able to walk down to the shops and restaurants without too much trouble. There are plenty of restaurants on the resort and the nearest swimming pool is only a short walk away.. We were there for 5 weeks and had a really good time, so good we have asked for another stay next year. … see more
